Playing on your hands is a big part of the fun of yoga. Knowing how to do it can really take your practice to the next level. We will focus exclusively on floating in arm balances and inversions in this 90 minute workshop for all levels. You will learn the foundations of the most common poses involving being supported by the hands, including: crow, side crow, headstand, forearmstand, headstand, and more! Plenty of options will be given for support with props and also fancy variations offered for you to choose what's best for your practice.
